SMALL GROUP TRAINING - MAT PILATES, BARRE, YOGA
If you are looking to efficiently create a lean physique in a relaxed, encouraging environment you can't go past "Tone, Length, strength" classes at PPY.
These 45 minute sessions combine the most effective elements of Mat Pilates, Vinyasa yoga and barre exercises to rapidly improve your mobility, flexibility, strength and ultimately your muscle tone.
With a maximum of just 6 clients per class, you can be sure that you will receive personal attention and care from our expert trainers.
All equipment such as yoga mats, sweat towels and drinking water provided. Simply bring yourself and be prepared to be toned, lengthened and strengthened in no time.
The PPY Studio is conveniently located at 82 St Kilda Rd, St Kilda Melbourne.
There is ample free street parking and we are easily accessible via public transport.

THE FULL BEAUTIFUL MOVEMENT PROGRAM IS A 10 WEEK PROGRAM
YOU RECEIVE 1 x 50 MINUTE PRIVATE COACHING SESSION PER WEEK
2 x SMALL GROUP TONE, LENGTH, STRENGTH CLASSES PER WEEK, WHICH COMBINE THE MOST EFFICIENT BODY CONDITIONING ELEMENTS OF MAT PILATES, BARRE AND YOGA TRAINING.
YOU ALSO RECEIVE ONGOING COACHING IN IMPROVING YOUR NUTRITION AND MINDSET, AS WELL AS BEING HELD ACCOUNTABLE TO YOUR MINIMUM 3 TRAINING SESSIONS PER WEEK.
THE COST OF THIS PROGRAM IS $150 PER WEEK FOR 10 WEEKS.
PURELY PRIVATE SESSIONS
If you are after sessions completely tailored to you and your goals, and scheduled at a time that suits you best, you can't go past private sessions.
Private lessons in Reformer Pilates are suitable for beginner students and advanced students.
Working one on one with your trainer will allow you to really hone in on what you personally need. These one on one sessions are much more than just physical training. Your trainer can also help you out with your mindset and nutrition if needed too.
All Private Reformer sessions run for 50 minutes duration.
Your coach will work with you on developing a program that will deliver the results you are after.
