I’m here to help you remember; every transformation has its ups and downs, but what truly matters is the progress you make, the strength you build, and the confidence you earn.

I've been helping people from all walks of life gain strength, flexibility, mobility, coordination, and confidence in the capabilities of their bodies and minds for over 17 years.

I’m an experienced and qualified Personal Trainer (Certificate IV Fitness), Yoga Teacher (500+hrs International Yoga Alliance Accredited), Pilates Trainer (Certificate IV Pilates), and Dance and Barre teacher (Cecchetti Ballet Advanced II), with over 17 years of experience in the coaching and fitness industry.

Some of my fitness career highlights include touring the world as a professional dancer and musical theatre performer, being a Nike Trainer for over 5 years, creating and filming courses for Daily OM in the USA, Tiffiny Hall's My TXO Platform in Australia, and running my own Pilates Yoga and Barre Studio in St Kilda, Melbourne, Performance Pilates & Yoga, since 2017.

Since the 2020 lockdowns, I took my coaching online and built the Workin’ With Stef Online Studio. I LOVE being able to meet you in your loungeroom and get you moving towards greater well-being from wherever you are in the world.
