A qualified and experienced personal trainer, Stef loves sharing her passion for beautiful movement through health and fitness education. A fitness ambassador and influencer, Stef's supportive and enthusiastic energy towards health and fitness can inspire anyone to lead a healthier life.
Stef is proud to have achieved widespread recognition for her capabilities and contribution to the fitness community, and as a result now operates as a lead fitness instructor and brand ambassador for Nike.
She personally works with clients at her studio, Performance Pilates & Yoga, to help individuals reach their personal health and fitness goals.
Stef's love of health and fitness was born out of a desire to forge a career as a professional dancer in musical theatre.
Complimenting intensive performing arts training with Pilates and Yoga training became critical in helping her reach fitness goals specific to excelling as a performing artist and dancer.
Injury rehabilitation and prevention became some of Stef's top priorities in order to work as a professional dancer. As she pursued fitness training further, she was able to quickly reach new heights in her career, and achieve a level of success she never knew possible.
Some of Stef's credits as a professional dancer and performer include: Singin' In The Rain (Australian and International Tours), Grease (Australian Tour), Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (Australian Tour), The Illusionists 2.0 (Melbourne), Showboat (Melbourne), Nice Work If You Can Get It (Melbourne), Gypsy Moon (Seoul, South Korea), Pacific Star Cruise Ship (International tour), as well as many other performances in theatre and television.
Nothing gives Stef more joy than sharing her lessons with others. Being able to share the knowledge she have acquired over the past 12 years working as an athlete and coach has been the driving force behind opening PPY.

Lauren Jimmieson is a professional dancer, theatre performer and qualified barre fitness instructor. Lauren studied the Royal Academy of Dance syllabus (ballet), Commonwealth Society of Teachers in Dance syllabus (tap), the Australian Dance Assessment Program (jazz) and studied commercial dance before attaining a Bachelor of Music (musical theatre). Lauren has extensive teaching experience having headed musical theatre and dance departments across Queensland and Victoria. In these roles, Lauren facilitated classes for both performance and syllabus work, as well as creating unique play-based performance and fitness programs for children. Her unique training and experience under The Starlight Children’s Foundation gained Lauren a wealth of experience working with non-verbal and disabled clients.
As a choreographer, dance captain and performer, Lauren has worked on educational theatre, children’s entertainment, cabaret, musical theatre and big brands for stage and screen internationally.
Marrying her love for movement with fitness, Lauren trained with Aleenta Barre to achieve her Fitness Australia certification. As a fitness instructor, Lauren combines her love of artistry of movement with bio-mechanical references and justification. Her approach is warm, fun-loving and motivational. Lauren pays particular attention to detail and practises plenty of patience and care when it comes to the wellbeing and development of clients.
Megan is fun and vibrant and lives and breaths all things movement and sunshine!
Megan has been teaching Pilates as a Physiotherapist for over 6 years. Her passion for health and well being and helping others achieve the best versions of themselves stems from her love for movement and the way our bodies heal through movement.
Megan, danced from her teenage years, loves to run, surf, is a keen Yogi and embodies the attitude of a strong mind is a strong body. Through her training she loves using Pilates as a way to empower others to move, strengthen and balance their body in a way that makes them feel good to achieve their individual health and well being goals.
Jacq first discovered Pilates coincidentally through injury during the early days of her professional dance career. It was a blessing in disguise as she instantly fell in love with it for how it made her feel. Through Jacq's rehabilitation she grew to develop a much deeper level or respect and understanding of her own body. She became stronger, longer and leaner than ever before. And with that, came a vibrant sense of ease and confidence in herself both physically and mentally.
With almost 10 years experience in performing, teaching and choreographing professionally Jacquelyn obtained her Cert IV Pilates with Breathe Education in 2016 along with KX Barre Academy, KX Pilates Academy, and certification to teach Pre / Post Natal Exercise. She has been teaching Pilates, Barre and Mum's & Bubs across a wide range of Pilates studios and Dance Studios across Melbourne, Melbourne's West and even down Victoria's Sunny Surf Coast, Torquay.
Kaytlin graduated from the Victorian College of the Arts with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Production - Stage Management), and has worked Internationally and around Australia as a Stage Manager/Producer on live events, theatre, opera and musical theatre performances. Drawn to Yoga/Pilates in 2013, it provided her with an escape from backstage to the mat. This soon became part of Kaytlin’s regular routine, having extraordinary effects on her physical and mental wellbeing.
After a back injury at work, it was through her practise which helped her regain her strength and flexibility, inspiring her to further understand and support individuals to use their bodies in a safe, mindful & rewarding way.
Her training includes Barre (Barre Body), Pilates Mat (Barre Body, Miriam Jones) and 200hr Yoga Teacher Training (Himalaya Yoga Valley, Goa India).
Kaytlin shares her love and passion for knowledge of tradition and technique to create well-rounded challenging classes inspiring the importance of a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
Coming from a background as a professional dancer, Reid knows the importance of a healthy body – not just the heart, lungs and muscles, but the entire body working in unison. Some of his dance credits include Disney’s Mary Poppins the Musical, Australia’s Got Talent, Dancing with the Stars, Everybody Dance Now with Kelly Rowland and Jason Derulo, Graeme Murphy’s MOD Dance Company, various Opera Australia seasons and the AFC Asian Cup opening ceremony 2015 with Havana Brown.
In 2013, Reid decided it was time to use his experience in body movement and training to help others achieve their goals in physical health, wellbeing and fitness. A year later, with a Certificate III and IV in Fitness and Personal Training behind him, RM Fitness Australia was born.
Now holding a Diploma of Health Sciences and currently working towards completing his Masters in Osteopathy, Reid is continually striving to expand his health and fitness knowledge and cannot wait to work with you.
